Great village/local pub, very friendly and have a lovely courtyard too

As I was walking back from the park, I wanted a drink and to see the cricket. It was perfect! Super service! I did not have food.

Popped in for a pint after walking the Jurassic Way. Friendly with good beer. Just nice to see a village pub still open.

Very friendly to us and our whippet. Even provided dog biscuits and water bowls. Nothing fancy but excellent quality pub grub. Homemade burgers are recommended.

Good room, reasonably priced, nice breakfast. Shame about the night-time fire alarm and very long wait for a member of staff to come and deal with it. Would have been 4* if not for the wait.

The room was clean and tidy and had everything in that we needed.The chappy behind the bar was very polite and chatty welcoming and helpful.We stayed the night before the grand Prix and breakfast was served buffet style.The breakfast was standard but of good quality all in all good stay welcoming owners pretty little village if your passing and need a stay over I would recommend 😄😄😄😄

There is a pool table and darts. They allow dogs and it is a good price for a beer. They also have BT sport but no SKY.

Friendly landlord. Good basic room bed comfortable. Few minor problems: sash window wouldn't close properly and shower although new you can't turn the taps on or off easily with soapy hands. Had to get the soap off in the sink to turn it back on again. Apart from that an enjoyable stay easy to get to Silverstone with a sat nav.
