I called and asked for something 5 minutes later they called back told me they had it, it was a cheap price so I bought it. Local, cheap prices and efficient.

The conversation went (me) I have a little used hedge trimmer, that when it stopped working, you had it in and said 'there’s nothing wrong with it, you had it back, charged me for cleaning it, I had it back, still didn’t work, you had it back again - fitted a new carburettor - it still doesn’t work, so what do you think? The reply was, ‘what do you expect us to do , come and buy a new one of us`, ’ I said `i can’t do that my hedge trimmer has had little use’, they said, `what do you expect us to do, fit another carburettor?’ I said don’t worry, I’ll call it a day with you and not use you again’. Just thought I’d share today’s experience.

Having received excellent advice and service I brought a cordless chainsaw a Stihl MSA 140 with two batteries and a charger. Not having owned a cordless saw before I was a bit sceptical but I can highly recommend this saw. I FILLED the back of a Toyota Hilux pickup with large dry ash logs (8” - 12” diameter) the saw has plenty of power and still had half of the second battery life left. Charlie Herring

I've been using the Mower Shop for years. All of there machinery is price matched, you know your getting the best price. They only sell high quality products. If you need parts they will get them for you. Great service, great advice. I wouldn't use anyone else. I've just purchased a Stilh Pressure washer from them, to clean up completed projects, the paving in the photo cleaned up very easily.

Have always found the Staff most obliging & bend over backwards to give their knowledge & advice but never "overpowering". Must say in today's world staff who put the customer first is a rare thing, a pleasure to shop there. Thanks to you all.
